Carter Foutch is a senior he is exteremely excited to start the Hannibal area CEO program. Carter has a passion for entreprenueship and is very eager to start learning about how to run a buissness. The CEO program will also help Carter with decision making skills and hopefully enhance leadership skills. Carter is ready to start networking and getting some real world experience. Carter is hoping the CEO program helps him figure out what kind of buissness he may want to start.
